My son and I watched the classic version of "Alice in wonderland".
His favorite scene was the tea party. He kept asking me if we could have one. He needed a special cup for his tea (punch or juice). The craft stores sell little plastic cups pretty cheap. He picked out some special stickers to decorate the cup. We then decided to have sugar cookies. He picked out the color icing he wanted and some sprinkles of his choice. He decorated his own cookies. We decided to have little finger sandwiches for the party. He was in a peanut butter and jelly mood that day. I made some sandwiches up and cut the crust off. I then cut the sandwiches into little squares and triangles. He picked out a favorite book for me to read to him during our party. I found a cute little seving platter for our goodies. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed our afternoon tea.
